The editor should have the option to create a campaign in Mailchimp, and update its configuration and content, without sending test emails, or scheduling/sending the campaign itself.
On the ~newsletter preview page (https://github.com/wagtail/wagtail-newsletter/issues/31)~ newsletter tab, clicking on Save campaign to Mailchimp should call the campaign backend's save_campaign method.

After the campaign has been saved, in the page editor newsletter tab, add a link to the Mailchimp web app campaign page:
