Link in password reset email contains double slashes after domain #342

I believe this is caused by the extra trailing slash that is not needed here: https://github.com/wagtail/wagtail.org/blob/7b5f96342f37b70a5edc49365a412a168ee65e3a/wagtailio/settings/base.py#L503
