Location service uchun Typed HttpClient yozish

• [ ] Dotnetda http lcient lar haqida o'rganib video tayyorlash, kamida 10 min
  • [ ] typed va named http client haqida videoda o'rgatish kerak
• [ ] loyiha uchun IAddressDecoder interface yaratamiz. Uni ichida DecodeAddressAsync(double longitute, double latitude) degan methodi boladi
• [ ] IAddressDecoder ni typed httpCLient sifatida register qilamiz
  • [ ] AddHttpClient(o => o.BaseAddress = conifiguration.GetValue("Geocoder:BaseUrl"));
