Create a dashboard for Trident using any web framework tool for Python like Flask or Django. The dashboard should be read-only.

The Dashboard should be able to show the following things:
- Current runners (Runner ID, Plugins path, Plugins name, ...)
- Latest results from runners
- Visualize data from data stores if the data can be visualized (graphs, node nets, ...)
