Assets Added

Kurumizawa_satanichia_mcdowell_thumbs_up acknowledgment_one kuyo_fujibayashi_thumbs_up megumin_thumbs_up natsuko_honda_thumbs thumbs_up_one

I held off on tagging the assets with extra meta-data. I figured more work would be needed to support https://github.com/zd-zero/waifu-motivator-plugin/issues/247

We might need a UI to manage this in the future :)
