Family Tree DNA provides multiple file downloads. The most critical for the initial phases of the project are the Family Finder match and chromosome browser and Y-DNA files.

current version is operational. It is load_ftdna_files.java in the folder java classes/dna/ftdna/. It still need quality review and some tweaks.
