wai.pycocotools fails with pip>=21.0.0 #40

DEPRECATION: wai.pycocotools was installed using the legacy 'setup.py install' method, because a wheel could not be built for it.

When using pip>=21.0.

Build wheels for it?

wai.pycocotools can generate wheel files now with commit https://github.com/waikato-ufdl/cocoapi/commit/60546ff5ae7fc3566282bddbb5150f81fdfa15e5
