fixed vuepress + more #10

serve for development: vuepress dev

hopefully the package.json has everything it needs for build with netlify

one note though I used npm instead of vuepress proposed yarn maybe we should change "fix" that in the future.. it is not urgent also we have ejected so... https://vuepress.vuejs.org/default-theme-config/#ejecting
