feat:New Chinese document example | 新增中文文档示例 #21

Added Chinese document configuration, translated readme.md and home.md, updated script command, can continue to update on this basis. @leaanthony 新增中文文档配置，并且翻译了README.md和home.md，更新了脚本命令，可以在此基础上继续更新。@leaanthony

Currently, wails' web site displays an old version of its web site. Are you planning to update it? 目前，wails官网显示的还是旧版本的网站，有打算更新到当前这个版本吗？

@misitebao - Thanks for this, but this is an old website! The wails docs are on https://github.com/wailsapp/docsv1 - The new site is similar to this so you should be able to transfer the changes. I'm sorry for the confusion and let me know if you need me to help.

@leaanthony - Oh, I'm very sorry, is my negligence, I have seen docsv1, but I think this is the latest, so in the current modified on the basis of the warehouse, because vuepress is more skilled, I just went to see the warehouse docsv1 code, using the Hugo, this I also is not too skilled, I learn the Hugo, then move to the above. @leaanthony - 噢，非常抱歉，是我的疏忽，我有看到docsv1，但是我以为当前这个是最新的，所以就在当前这个仓库的基础上进行了修改，因为vuepress我是比较熟练的，刚刚去看了一下docsv1的代码仓库，使用的是hugo，这个我还不太熟练，我先学习下hugo，然后再迁移到那个上面去。
