CodeQL configuration not found #76

Not sure if this is an issue, it seems to autodetect Python but it still complains.

I think we need to put a configuration file in the repo for this to go away.

CodeQL now appears to be working at least so I don't know how relevant the warning still as at this point.

CodeQL has run and picked up 2 medium issues that need to be looked at.

I haven't seen this come back, I think it's fixed.

Probably just took a while for CodeQL to do it's initial scan.
