Updating login frontend #4

Hi @eCoder321 @chay-chay @wizbeck21 I am writing this as an ongoing process in the updating of the WaitLess app. This will involve redrawing wireframes and the general process of the app's login functionality - previously left out during the Flatiron Hackathon

This is also a test in gaining familiarity with Github's project boards feature
