does not work with redmine 2.0.0 #10

When I go to Administration zone, Redmine show message: Resource is removed

I second that. Doesn't work. I declare this project -DEAD-

rake aborted!
uninitialized constant RAILS_ENV

removing the plugin resumes normal operations (as before).
