Add logLevel configuration parameter #11

Currently, debugging plugin execution is difficult because there is no way to specify the SchemaSpy log level command-line parameter via the plugin.

Adding this configuration parameter to the report allows the SchemaSpy setting to be set; the setting is passed to generated command lines (when processing multiple schemas).
