Use "designing" category to submit heartbeats #7

I use Wakatime to track both my Blender work and Coding work. I noticed today that the Blender plugin doesn't submit a category which defaults to Coding. However there is a more appropriate "Designing" category available and I think that'd be a good update to the plugin as it'll make projects and tracking more organized.
