Might this jetbrains-wakatime plugin be same to the vscode-wakatime plugin in its functionality? Move the internal config into wakatime folder like this commit https://github.com/wakatime/vscode-wakatime/commit/3b59e70ed9be4a52c6ce38ac19154ff8497f3ae4

Thank you for your job! If I install vscode and jetbrains plugin, it will have two file name .wakatime-internal.cfg and wakatime-internal.cfg. I guess the filename .wakatime-internal.cfg might be wakatime-internal.cfg Just like this commit https://github.com/wakatime/vscode-wakatime/commit/1ff4776a66b1318d972e6923098bec9ea7d482c7
