From Twitter: @jessald There's a noticeable lag sometimes when I switch tabs (~.5 seconds). Pretty annoying... Using v1.1.0 on Sublime Text 2.

+1 to this. This does however seem to be a fairly recent thing (i.e. the last day or so). Using v1.2.0 on Win8/ST2.
