It appears that the lod log location ~/.wakatime.log has been replaced by ~/wakatime.log

Documentation such as in the README and here https://wakatime.com/faq#debug-plugins as well mentions old location.

It's actually now ~/.wakatime/wakatime.log. Fixed in the faq and docs.
