CLI isn't autopdating on windows #208

According to wakatime.com, my cli is out of date, I restarted vscode 4 times but it isn't updating. I'm on Windows.

You can safely ignore that, since we're migrating to the new Go [wakatime-cli][https://github.com/wakatime/wakatime-cli] and have stopped updating the old Python wakatime-cli version on the website.
