Can only connect through localhost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the server.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to be able to join without using the localhost connect. However 
I cannot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

pysnip-feature_server-f76410785d4e
Windows ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Ports have been opened.

Additional: I connect without localhost and the progress bar get about 1/8 and 
then freezes to give me a server disconnect message. On the log it says "(ip) 
disconnected".

Double check to make sure you have the proper ports forwarded and/or that your 
firewall isn't blocking anything.
