Unicode Error #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Pysnip
2. Extract Pysnip
3. Run run.bat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UnicodeError: ' ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xa0' in position 32:
ordinal not in range (128)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pysnip-feature_server-13a24414e7bf.zip, Windows 7 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
I cant make a Pysnip server because of this error. I dont understand why 
happens. I only download, run and this error.

I get the same error ... Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit legit and no changes in 
config ...
