[Feature Request] Show poll end time in timestamp #30

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe Currently the poll timestamp doesn't do anything since the message has a timestamp.

Describe the solution you'd like The timestamp should give the timestamp of when the poll will end.

Note: Android client has a bug where timestamp will always show as "Today" for future times. The issue is currently marked wontfix and it is not likely to change. This should probably be accounted for and steps taken to mitigate - time would need to be shown somewhere in plaintext.
