People sometimes forget to remove the current student role and just add the former student role.
Describe the solution you'd like
Use the radio button approach to solve this via adding Former Student-X removing Student-x and vice-versa.
Describe alternatives you've considered
More announcements or more signage in the #welcome channel; however I don't believe these will be effective, and it is cumbersome having extra steps anyways.
Additional context
Will need further data structuring to denote former and current course roles easily.
