Message for "Cannot DM" from help command is sent an extra time for each extra help message that would be sent due to amount of commands.

Bot sends a message in the server saying that it cannot DM the user and suggests they may need to enable DMs from server members.
Bot can send this message multiple times if it would need to send more than one message for the help message.
