Can't change settings

Rutorrent (libtorrent-0.12.5.tar.gz rtorrent-0.8.5.tar.gz, built from 
sources) works on my server (ubuntu 8.04) fine, but it is one problem - i 
can't change settings. When i press OK button in settings window it closes 
and in log is written the following message:

XMLRPC Error: -503 - Call XML not a proper XML-RPC call. Unknown value 
type -- XML element is named <i8>

Is it way to fix this problem? Does setup of rpc plugin solve this problem?
i use rtorrent without plugins, it compiled with xmlrpc option.

Не сохраняются настройки, когда жму ОК в 
окне настроек, в журнале 
появляется сообщение (см. выше)
В чём может быть проблема?

Ставить xmlrpc-c >= 1.11, рекомпилировать rtorrent.

If you *really* has the some problem (XMLRPC Error: -503 - Call XML not a proper
XML-RPC call. Unknown value type -- XML element is named <i8>) - you need to 
install
xmlrpc-c library with version >= 1.11.

Месяца три назад ставил rtorrent+rutorrent на ubuntu 9.10 
x86 - без ошибок все
собралось. Теперь на другой машине ubuntu 9.10 x64 
долго пытался собрать rtorrent  с
xmlrpc, в конечном счете собралось. Конфиг и 
/var/www/rtorrent я скопировал с
прежденй машины. Но! вылезает ошибка:
XMLRPC Error: -503 - Call XML not a proper XML-RPC call. Unknown value type
-- XML element is named <i8>

Настройки не сохраняются, числа битые (явно 
не те, что надо), вместа большого числа
значений что-нибудь вроде "Too few arguments." или 
"Method 'get_split_suffix' not
defined". Однако скорость регулировать 
позволяет (никак правда не отображая это в
"настройках" в WEBUI)

I Have installed about ~3 month ago rtorrent+rutorrent on ubuntu 9.10 x86 on 
first my
machine and a i haven't got any  erorrs.

Today i have compiled and installed xmlrpc-c (from svn) and rtorrent (from svn) 
on
other machine (ubuntu 9.10 x64) and got some errors:
XMLRPC Error: -503 - Call XML not a proper XML-RPC call. Unknown value type
-- XML element is named <i8>
And my settings from WEBUI do not save, but seems to be applied.

I have copied /var/www/rtorrent and rtorrent.conf from old machine.
No errors from lighttpd or rtorrent in logs, no errors in rtorrent win.
I try download pure rutorrent, but this has no effect.

rtorrent: 0.8.6
xmlrpc-c: 1.21.1 (tested with 1.16.25 also)
rutorrent: 2.8

check your read write permissions for the folders and make sure the webserver 
can write

I hope I find the problem: See  Issue 282 :
ruTorrent DOES NOT supports rTorrent revision 1131 and above

rTorrent revision 1130 (i hope i'm right) is the last good revision.

Please check  this
