new torrents added with "do not start" show up in downloading. #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add torrent with "do not start"
2. check "downloading torrents" section

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect torrents added in this fashion to be listed in "inactive" or
somewhere else.  "Downloading" should only show downloading torrents
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

svn rutorrent on freebsd 7.2
Please provide any additional information below.
This isn't a "real" issue, it's more of a gripe..or observation.

The torrents, added in this fashion, will be listed in "inactive" AND in
"downloading" section. Like uTorrent.

bah, ok, well i understand....but for the record, utorrent has it wrong....it 
doesn't
exactly make sense...but that's ok...maybe one day they will fix it.
