wrong element update with autoApply: false #258

With autoApply: false element (startDate) is not updated correctly.

To Reproduce

set options: element, elementEnd and autoApply:false
click on startDate element
apply date selection (apply-button)
startDate element is updated with endDate

Expected behavior startDate element is updated with selected startDate
