Both of these shows I've watched all the episodes, once I entered the show and restarted wako this issue went away. Well one of the shows I had to mark an episode watched in "up next" section even though when I entered the show it was already watched.
Edit: now that I looked at it, it seems like the 90 day fiance episode that was saying it was unwatched, is not even out till July 11, 2021
