RLN Instance:

add ability to bootstrap with Keystore credentials;
add lock for start operation;
expose registerMembership;
expose createDecoder / createEncoder;

RLN Contract:

now has compatible membership type with Keystore;
fix bug with signer / provider;

RLN Keystore:

expose from RLN Instance
add ability to seed with during start of RLN instance
