chore: remove stale references to deprecated packages

Problem

We moved individual discovery packages (@waku/dns-discovery, @waku/peer-exchange, @waku/local-peer-cache-discovery) under one single package: @waku/discovery: https://github.com/waku-org/js-waku/pull/1876

Some references in @waku/sdk remained

Solution

Remove these references
