Prometheus metrics view

Create dashboard view including statistics from Prometheus.

MVP data metrics:

• daily bandwidth
• daily message rate
• daily content topic seen by wakuv2.prod fleet

• achieved: added latency histogram to networkmonitor
• next: refactoring networkmonitor, deploying new version to our infra, working on bandwith metrics, providing example Prometheus queries
