Allow accepting waku-org.github.io origin #72

After a 1:1 session with @NagyZoltanPeter he suggested to add the following items in run_node.sh...

--rest-allow-origin=waku-org.github.io

.... so that the nwaku can properly handle requests made from: https://waku-org.github.io/waku-rest-api/

This should be added only when v0.26.0 version of nwaku is available.
