removing db size and num rows broken panels #84

We've been recently having issues with two postgres panels. See #73

That information, the db size and the number of rows, is already available in other panels.

Therefore, just removing the 2 panels with errors, as we already have that info available.

Oh yes apologies, didn't attach because I referenced the issue (#73) that had the picture with the problematic panels. But best to attach here again for clarity.

It's the two panels with errors. "Rows in message table" and "Database Size (Postgres)"
