Waku metrics dashboard is an important tool to monitor and evaluate the product's growth over time. The overall metrics are divided into two : (1) Network metrics (2) Community metrics

(1) Network metrics Number of node operators, number of topics, fleets, number of messages ... (syncing more on this with @alrevuelta )

(2) Community metrics Discord members, twitter followers and engagement, npm downloads, github stars, website visits, ecosystem projects etc.,

Proposed architecture A NextJS web app with API end points for each and every metric + a simple dashboard that visualizes the real time metrics.

Future enhancements

[ ] Query metrics for a specific date (this can help us identify our reach from a specific event or hackathon)
[ ] Graphs
[ ] Post weekly growth updates automatically on discord server with a bot

@hackyguru I think this belongs in https://github.com/waku-org/pm

I would not add an example to do this, I would have a separate to implement the network dashboard. WDYT?
