Constructing Zelevas Incarnate crashes the game #1488

Crash occurs somewhere between clicking end turn and the new turn beginning.

Attached my save file, custom races used in that save, and a log file from when the crash occurred.

Additionally, completing the construction of Zelevas Incarnate with influence buyout (emperor's will), the game gets stuck after you click end turn (game still responsive, but all actions are locked out between turns).

This is an issue that was also reported in the base game, a conflict between Lumeris' population collection bonus and Zelevas Incarnate (both of which my custom race has). Supposedly was fixed, as indicated by these patch notes.
