Sim camps bad:
-There isn't much interesting desition making in it, it's not about if you'll use it and where, it's about when you'll research it and put it on every system you own.
-It removes interesting desition making by making all players always want to build all defensive improvements on all systems.
-It trumps all other industry improvements.
-Certain factions aparently are dependent on this building to be good, which is a bad thing.
-There isn't any other non infinite improvement that duplicates a portion of X raw resource into Y raw resource, that's a faction trait thing.
