Galaxy generation changes #1510

https://github.com/wakystuf/ESG-Mod/pull/1509 -made all isolated (non quest) nodes special nodes. -increased the number of non isolated nodes the same as what previous non isolated & isolated node count -changed strat/lux ammount to be per player (in non balanced gen) -added more galaxy density options -added wormhole ammount option -added more connectivity option -added more minor options -added more anomaly/curiosity abundance options -added more event probability options.

Why are all isolated nodes now special nodes?

To increase galaxy connectivity (making single long lanes less likely), balance (cuz isolated nodes are not obligated to spawn evenly across constellations and can just spawn all in one place) and making them more viable since you can use them for trade now and you don't need a T3 tech just to be able to reach it. you can also now tweak the ammount of isolated nodes by using the special node % setting.
