Likely a vanilla bug but since this mod also does bug fixes I posted it here in hopes that it might be fixable

imo, if it can't be changed based on the faction maybe clarify it by adding "if vodyani" or something to the desc

Looks like I can't make the tooltip conditional, I'll just make it more general
