The description clearly states it improves dust output yet ESG changes the effect to be +4 movement on ships.

If possible could the name/desc be changed to reflect the new effect?

What is this exactly, is this a quest reward, is it tied to a tech, is it faction specific?

It's one of the riftborn faction quest rewards. Specifically if you go down the cooperate branch.

Sorry I assumed that would already be known, especially since it mentions the riftborn in the desc.

It does mention RB, but it saves us a lot of time to know where to look in the code.
