Stop using Sourceforge #71

It looks like sketchy stuff is happening on Sourceforge:

It will take some work, but I think it should be a medium- to long-term goal to get our site, hosted files, etc. off of Sourceforge.

If so, where would you want the new documentation? The GitHub wiki for this repository?

I am currently porting the sourceforge wiki. Everything is under SourceForge Documentation.

We are definitely still interested in this, thanks for taking a look! Some work on porting documentation was done by @cos already, and was placed in the GitHub wiki, where you are working too. Have you ported all the documentation, or is it still a WIP?

Still a WIP. Ported the whole user guide though. Everything is linked in the sidebar.
