Source code for 3.2.7 #42

There have been important fixes in this version for Android 4.1, judging by the 
Google Play description. The most recent source code here is for 3.2.1 which 
has a commit description "3.23.2" . F-Droid.org distributes the app built from 
source, so they need the most recent source code to publish a version that 
works on Android 4.1.

Also , F-Droid uses ant so there is a top-level exception because of the 
duplication of code in crossword/io and crossword/puz between shortyz and 
puzlib. Therefore one must be deleted and we have deleted the code in shortyz. 
The app seems to work OK for me, so we published it (3.2.1)
