Showing non-ASCII characters printed from Java libraries in logs depends on system encoding #534

In practice printing non-ASCII characters from Java libraries has worked
fine on Linux and OSX but on Windows these characters have been represented
with '?'.

The actual output depended on the system encoding, and on the Finnish Windows
machines I've tested this characters like 'åäö' have worked fine but Asian
characters
were replaced with that '?'. This was fixed in r3030 by setting the encoding to
use
explicitly to UTF-8.
