Error messages in Dry-Run should show the line number. #592

Error messages in Dry-run don't show the line number for the error. It would be 
helpful if the error messages would show the exact row where the error occured.

The logical row inside the table or the source row number?

Currently we don't have line numbers available at all. Adding them and other 
tasks that are needed to resolve this is too much work compared to benefits.
