Add setting model #21

Only "play a no-trumps hand if no-one bids (instead of re-dealing)" will be working initially.

I'm thinking all the options need to drop down into another screen. The ones that are on / off on this screen don't seem to me to be descriptive enough in the 3-5 word space available.

Your thoughts?

If we can get words that make sense (maybe with a ?) with be good. Test wording with friends?

Otherwise, agree - shouldn't have ambiguous settings
