If the field/object has a prefix in a different notation (Mab instead of MAB, for example), CRS automatically adds another MAB. In terms of app-source validation, it does not matter, so maybe CRS should be case-insensitive when checking the existence of the affix.

It's not my choice, I just got a lot of existing extensions and almost all of them have a this problem...
