Add definitions for filter options #115

We should add the exact definitions for the filtering options. Maybe on the about page or as tool tip text?

So I'm not sure where the best place to do this is. I think the Venn diagram for the gender-based filters is fine as a tooltip, but if someone wants an actual definition I think the about page is the place to do it (ditto for the popular/unusual filter).
