Names Not Unique #116

If you click through enough names (~10) you start to see repeats.

This appears to be an issue with the SQL query. According to my_names.php I have seen the name 'Julianna'. I then use test.php to just get lots of names and look to see if 'Julianna' is one of them. Out of ~2400 names, 'Julianna' was in 3 batches (each batch is 300 names).
