Vendors maintain a database of where they believe that they offer service, allowing customers to enter their address and see if service is available there and, if so, how fast. (e.g. CenturyLink.) Apparently Virginia managed to get this data a decade ago, when putting together its first broadband map. Is this something we can get and put to use?
