Experimentally wardrive a census block group #15

When the Raspberry Pi is configured (#14), select a census block group to wardrive, do so, collect the data, and compare it to other data sources.

The tract should be rural, but not huge. Find one that strikes the right balance. 101 is right out. 104.02 includes Glenmore, which I can't get into. 102.01 and 104.01 are attractive. Just about everything in the southern end of the county is too big, in the western there are too many residential roads (because Crozet), and other compact ones touch the edge of town, which means most of the population isn't going to be rural.

Yeah I think it's 102.01 or 104.01.

I've just changed this to census block, instead of tract. That may be a mistake, because it doesn't appear that existing data is available at a sufficient granularity to make a block-based comparison, but I've gotta drive a block before I can drive a tract, so there seems no harm to scoping this down.

Ahhh, I've been operating under a fundamental misunderstanding. A census block is really tiny. A census tract is pretty big. A census block group is in between the two.
