9 months ago We did a manual purge of the statistics, which raised the number to 92. This seems about right since only contributors with edits get counted. See https://bugsigdb.org/Special:ListUsers?editsOnly=1
We're heavily caching the Main Page for performance reasons. Let me see if we can add in an automatic purge, maybe weekly.
I just noticed that the statistics has been stuck at "60 contributors" for a long time, but we have had close to 200 contributors: https://bugsigdb.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&offset=&limit=250
65 locations also hasn't changed since May, but I haven't checked yet to see if that's accurate or not.
I think host species, body sites, study conditions, and unique taxa are OK, at least they've changed since May 31 (https://web.archive.org/web/20230531204325/bugsigdb.org/Main_page).
