Document how to add new glossary terms #217

This is a follow-up of #111 to document the addition of new glossary terms. Transferring the corresponding dialogue over here:

@lwaldron: Would be ideal if we had an easy way to add glossary terms when needed

@tosfos: There is already an easy way to do this. We'll document it.

We saw that there was a video but little written documentation for adding a Study. So we also created a Help page here for that. We also installed an extension to embed the Help video right in the wiki page instead of taking users out to YouTube.

Please let me know if we should work on any additional documentation.
